Shipping & Returns Policy

Most products take 3-5 working days to make before being shipped. This could take longer if you've ordered a large group of items or if we're in the middle of a busy period. If you're looking for urgent shipping, please contact us on hello@byshax.com.

For holiday orders, our last order date is 16th December.

This is to ensure that we can ship at least one week before Christmas Day and get your orders to you on time. If there are any Royal Mail or postage strikes, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time.

We do not currently offer returns as each piece is handmade per order. Please contact us at hello@byshax.com if you'd like to discuss a refund in case of damages during postage.
